As part of our planned support for schools we have set dates for training across the next academic year.
The training will be hosted by Charanga for Wolverhampton Schools and we will send details to sign up to sessions throughout he year.
All training will be scheduled at 4.30pm – 5.45pm. Please sign up using the links below.
Thursday 22nd September – Online: An introduction to Charanga Musical School

This online session is Ideal for those who are new to, or want to discover more, about the Original Scheme. This will be a high-level overview of the Original Scheme: Scope and Sequence. We’ll also explore Yumu – the student learning space – and the lesson building and sharing functionalities.

This online sessions will explore using video to illustrate progression and learning. Using video examples to illustrate short phrases we’ll discuss how we know that progress is made and learning deepened.
Thursday 4th May – Online: Getting More from Charanga Musical School

This online session is a whistle stop tour will begin with the Freestyle section offering topic activities, productions, listening materials and creative tools. We’ll then continue onto the instrumental and song repertoire to the resources for learners with more complex learning needs. Music for every moment and everyone!
