JoiThe BCM celebrate a Festival of Light bringing together a celebration of their historic lighting collection and inspiration from the cultural festival of light, Diwali. Some in attendance made their own special lantern, tried candle dipping and enjoyed a magic lantern show at the Limelight cinema..The Lantern procession started at 5pm, supported by our community partners with spectacular hand-made lanterns inspired by the Museum’s historic lighting. The procession, was accompanied by Azaad Dohl drummers form the Music School
Assembly at Graiseley Primary School on Diwali day , Thursday 4th Nov.
IHarjit and two students from the ensemble went to do a Dhol performance at Bilston Community Centre.
