The Big Month of Music is a large scale celebration of the musical achievements of children enabled through partnerships between schools and Music Services. March 2020 will provide a snapshot into the daily work of Music Services, by highlighting gigs and concerts, workshops,classroom practice and developing new regional performance events. The Big Play is part of this project and simply by working in partnership with Wolverhampton Music Service/Education Hub most schools in Wolverhampton are already part of it.
WMS is intending to make a short film of “One Minute of Music” to celebate the amazing things that happen in schools veery week. The focus for the 2020 event wil be our Whole Class Instrumental lessons and the films we make will be broadcast alongside hundereds of other films from across the region.
Our schools will be receiving information (including arrangements/requests for permissions etc. for the filming)
