We are asking all parents/foster parents to complete a survey to provide us with valuable information about the work that we do in music education across the city.
It is for parents or foster parents who’s child may have engaged with the Music Service through a variety of different musical opportunities, such as:
- Having Music Service instrumental lessons in school
- Taking part in Whole Class instrumental lessons
- A member of a Music Service Ensemble (including our Inclusive Big Top provision)
- Having attended a Music Service concert either at Music School, The Halls or another venue in the city
We believe that the Music Service is for every child and young person in Wolverhampton. We are seeking the views of parents and foster parents to help us understand how best to use our resources to meet the needs of everyone.
Respondents are welcome to complete the survey more than once if they have more than one child. The survey contains 30 questions, many of which are tick box. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The survey can be accessed via the QR code below and this link: Parent Survey
