Parents & Pupils

When you have played your instrument for a while and are confident with reading some basic music, your teacher might invite you to join a group so that you can learn the skills needed to play with others. This is definitely the best part of learning an instrument! We provide these groups after school entirely for free at our premises :  Wolverhampton Music School, Graiseley Hill, Wolverhampton WV2 4NE. (Opposite Mc Donald’s on the Penn Road near the Jaguar Landover building. We share the site with Graiseley Primary School)

HOW DO I JOIN?

Your child’s instrumental or vocal teacher may invite them to join a particular group, or you can get in touch to see which group is suitable by emailing [email protected]. Days and times of the groups are shown below. Once they have joined a group please register your details HERE

One of our classes, Modern Music Production Group uses computers to create music beats and tracks. This is the only group that takes place in a different venue. It is held at The Way Youth Zone, School St, Wolverhampton, WV3 0NR. The sessions take place term time Wednesdays from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

Members of the Modern Music Production Music Group who are 13 years and older are also able to attend all the other activities on the evening including Gym, Outdoor pitch, Sports, Boxing gym, Art and craft, Dance studio, Teaching kitchen, Recreational area, Health and Wellbeing Room, and Sensory Room. These students will also be offered a hot meal in the café free of charge. Click HERE to sign up for this specific group.

ALL GROUPS HAVE AT LEAST TWO SUPPORTING TUTORS TO ENSURE OUR CHUILDREN ARE SAFE AND LOOKED AFTER DURING THEIR TIME WITH US. THERE IS EVEN A TUCK SHOP TO BUY A TREAT DURING THE BREAK!
